General Info
Our physicians are board certified in foot and ankle surgery. They have completed four years of undergraduate studies, four years of Podiatric medicine and three years of surgical residency. Lowcountry Family Podiatry physicians are among the few podiatrists in South Carolina with extensive surgical training in reconstructive and corrective foot surgery, as well as vast experience in non-surgical treatment modalities. I was having extreme pain in my heel. I called the office and they were able to get me in the same day. The doctor that I saw was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with several different treatment options. My pain was gone within 3 weeks! I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the fact that I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen unlike a lot of other doctors offices where you're there for a couple of hours because of all the waiting. Would definitely recommend!!! Thanks!
Don't go there... Even though the Dr was really nice... I couldn't ever get anyone to return my calls. When I finally left a message That I wanted my records and x-rays for another Dr... they returned my call and told me I needed the records dept. they transferred me... I got yet another voice mail. I left an message... never got a return call. I went to the office got my records and was told I had to pay $8 for the copy of the x-ray and would take 30 min to make a copy... No problem... After waiting more than 30 min I went back to the window and asked again for my x-rays. I was told she had to find the girl... She may have gone to get the mail or just gone somewhere... when she came back... she brought me a blank film.... said she couldn't give me a copy cause apparently their " thingy" must be broke... but what I needed was in the record.... I hope this Dr reads these reviews and straightens his staff out before he goes bankrupt.
