Larry Weatherford, of the Weatherford Financial Group, began his involvement in the financial services industry in April of 1979. Larry is a Registered Representative for NYLIFE Securities LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC), and a Financial Adviser for Eagle Strategies, A Registered Investment Adviser and wholly owned subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company. As a Certified Financial Planner(TM)Professional, Larry works hard to build relationships of trust with his clients by helping them to accumulate, manage and protect their money through a process of Retirement, Investment, Insurance and Financial Planning. He also assists business owners with establishing Benefit Programs that are intended to attract, retain and reward the very best people available to grow their business revenues and profitability. Larry is a member of the Board of Directors of the Charleston Estate Planning Council. He has also been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers for over twenty five years and has consistently qualified for the associations National Quality Award. He has also earned both the CFP Certification and the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) professional designation. He is a native of Charleston, SC and is very active in his Church. He lives in the Hamlets of Crowfield Plantation with Kathy, his wife of over thirty years. They have five children together and four grandchildren. In his off time Larry enjoys walking outdoors, traveling to interesting places and personal motivational material.
