- GuardianshipAshley began as an intern with the firm in 2006 and became an associate upon being admitted to the South Carolina Bar in November of 2007. She acted as the principal attorney when Catherine took her sabbatical to Miami and currently focuses her practice on probate and estate matters, guardianship and conservatorship cases, and real estate closings and litigation. She is also a Department of Veterans Affairs Accredited Attorney and admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals for VA Claims.

- Wills(1) Tenants in Common (“TIC”): If you take title this way each co-tenant will own percentage interest in the property, and upon the death of either/any of you, that percentage interest you owned would be disposed of according to your Last Will & Testament. If you died without a Last Will & Testament, it would go to your legal heirs according to the intestacy laws of SC. NOTE: under this choice it will be presumed that the co-tenants’ interest will all be equal unless you tell us in writing that the interests are to be divided some other way (e.g. Owner A gets 80% and Owner B gets 20%).
