If there was a negative star option, this company would qualify.
Bradford promises the moon, delivers nothing...not even your furniture on time.
He freely offers apologies as there is always something happening that he has to apologize for - lateness, mishap, miscalculation, pseudo emergency, lack of workers, etc. His sincerity wanes quickly when he is asked to make allowances on his end.
As a customer you will be put upon and put out and since they have everything that you own, you will bend to whatever circumstance arises...
Our $3200 flat rate, one day move turned into a $5,000 week-long fiasco.
Oh, lest I forget, Bradford hired a day laborer to load up our belongings. The man worked about 2 hours and had a sudden family emergency. He was taken back to the Walmart parking lot and dropped off. He left with $725 cash from out of my purse.
So, when all was said and done, it turned out to be a $5,725, stress producing, move from hell.
If you value your belongings and your sanity, don't use this company.

We have not actually moved yet, but I have to say the first impression and set up process was 100% 5 Star!!! I was immediately able to communicate with the company. They addressed all my concerns and even made several suggestions on how to save money!! Excellent customer service!! I have no doubt we will be completely satisfied on our actual move day as well. Although 1 1/2 hrs. late on both pick up and delivery ends, the care taken and efficiency of the actual move was excellent. I would use Holy City Movers again.

The team was efficient and careful with our belongings. They were flexible with a hiccup we encountered. All were very friendly to work with.

Our son died suddenly and my wife and I had to move furniture out of apartment quickly. We called and Bradford and his team came the next evening at 8:00 and finished delivering at 10:00. They were amazing, efficient, and so helpful. I highly recommend them for moving.

Hunter and JP did a great job for our office move! We had some things that we needed to move as we were going into a new space and they were able to help us out and get it done efficiently. They even accidentally grabbed something we were going to leave at the new space and they kept it on the truck and then took it to the dumpster for us! We will definitely be looking to use them again as we finish our move.

Quick and timely response setting up moving services. They’re very flexible and come ready to move with proper tools and equipment.

Sold our house in a quick cash sale, we closed within 7 days of the offer. I reached out to Bradford at Holy City Movers and he could not have made it easier. We set up the move on 4 days notice. Bradford and his team showed early, were quick and efficient, nice guys and hard workers all! Pricing was slightly less than other quotes I received. We had hoped to be moved in one day, but since it was an entire house, with a considerable distance between old and new (Summerville to Mount Pleasant) they were unable to finish in one day. Not to worry, they were there the next day and completed the job with no problems. I cannot recommend this Company enough, they are a definite go-to for jobs big and small!

Do not use this company. My moving experience was a nightmare. Even after asking many times for a quote, never got anything in writing. After paying $1500, never got an invoice or receipt. They are not reliable. Were supposed to pack my house at 6pm the night before my closing, no show. Had to unpack clothes and sheets to stay another night. They came the next morning (5:30am) a few hours before my closing. I was late to closing and did not get to clean house before turning over my keys. They dropped off my furniture 5 hours later than promised; broke light fixture; took 3” chunk out of wall; scraped finish off of stairs; scraped my dresser; and broke knob off of another dresser.
