C.P. R was recommended to us by our dog walker, he said that the owner loves dogs and is very kind. I have had interactions with staffers Danielle,Crystal and Dan and I must say they love what they do. I really respect their sincere concern for the dogs and how they know the dogs on a personal level. The facility is clean and sanitary. I am a nervous person when it comes to leaving my dog's care in the hands of another person. I LOVE this place and feel comfortable leaving my dogs there,which makes for a better vacation for me. They are pleasant when I call them to ask for update on my dogs. On my initial walk through I did look for some of the concerns posited in one of the reviews and for me they appeared unfounded.

Charlie and Maggie love going to 'Puppy Day Care' every week at Charleston Pet Resort.

I went in to ask questions about boarding my 2 year old yellow lab. The women who showed me around said she was the owner, and after talking to her I WOULD NOT think about boarding my dog there at all. She did not seem to know what she was talking about, and talked down to her staff. After doing a walk through I decided to make a reservation with the women. The next day after making a reservation, another women called and said they were fully booked.....and the owner must have not known that! May I add this was for Christmas, and as soon as I went home I booked my plane ticket.

I let my pets stay @ Charleston Pet Resort every time I go on vacation. My pets has been going there since 2005. They treat them very good just like a member of their family. The facility is family owned and there are people stay right next to the kennel 24/7. I am amazed when I come there it is always quiet. All the pets there seem very happy and content. The pets there will bark once they see me but then they settle down.



One of my dogs is not good for grooming however they still groom him. He always looks beautiful! My pets get excited when I turn on to the street the Resort is on..they really can not wait to get there.



I would recommend this place to everyone. These are the people you can trust with your pets.



The owner is an animal advocate and most of the family's dogs are rescued not bought from a breeder.



Sometimes they have dogs for adoption so if you are looking for a dog that needs love don't hesitate to call them.
