We sent our tv here over FIVE WEEKS AGO. They told us it would be 7-10 business days, and now its been over 40. And all that was wrong with it was a bulb out. They never called us to keep in touch about what was going on. Any communtion was through us calling them trying to figure out what was taking so long AND they charged us a fee which we are most certaintly NOT going to pay.



Waste of time and money. Take your business elsewhere. I cannot believe that a company is run like this.

Alltronics is the only Sony authorized repair center in the local area (Charlotte NC next closest). I purchased my Sony projection TV from a local vender and soon afterwards experienced flashes/flickering during TV viewing. FIVE times Alltronics has performed maintenance to try to resolve the issue. Each time I receive a different fix (to include replacing CRT's) and 3-5 months later I find myself staring at a TV with the identical symptoms. Alltronics has one repairman determined to take the easy way out and simply charge to the customer. My bills have exceeded over $800. on a $2200. purchase. I advise anyone to consider the consequences of purchasing a Sony product that will have to be maintained by a Sony certified tech, to be very leery of the only Sony authorized repair center in the local area as ALLTRONICS. According to Sony's web site, Alltronics has not met their (Sony's) high standard of customer satisfaction.
