THEY PROCESS ALL PAPERWORK FOR YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CALL AND THEY DO THE REST. THEY COME TO YOU OR YOU CAN GO TO THEM--ITS EASY. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THEIR WORK AND THEY RESPOND QUICKLY !!!!
