Listen, Keith Sudano is incredible. I really don't know what to say. My life is so different now because of this man and my experiences here. My relationship and my anxiety were out of control. It took a LOT for me to even seek help being the control freak that I am (I was). I have tried many different alternative and all traditional therapies I can think of. Some were okay for a while and some were downright awful. A friend referred me to Keith and I came into his office scared and out of control and I admit it... Honestly...watching him and listeing to him speak is amazing. I was exhilerated. I felt for the first time someone was answering to things that did not need to be asked but I knew I NEEDED to know. Ask anyone who has come here and they will tell you Keith is almost scary in how he knows you...and what is going on with you. I found that to be threatening at first but since he is so frickin Unjudgemental I am SO glad he can do that. I never knew the happiness I was missing. I thought depression and sadness were the norm and we all should just "cope." How foolish I was...even to see myself write that seems foolish now.

I know I could not have gotten this anywhere else...I was called to this teacher for a reason...I am so grateful to God for directing me to Keith. If you are on the fence with this one...don't be. Come here, don't wait...book an appointment. The only bad thing is Keith books far in advance, but it is WELL worth the wait!
