A.H. Schwacke and Associates is a full service Land Surveying Company serving Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties. Founded in 1991 A.H. Schwacke and Associates utilizes state-of-the-art technology in both the field and in the office. Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing quality, efficient and cost effective services. Land Surveys: Boundary, Closing, ALTA, Topographic, Tree, Elevation Certificates, Foundation Surveys, Benchmarks, Recordable, Sub-divisions, Wetlands, etc. Dock Surveys: Dock applications completed and submitted to DHEC-OCRM for review and approval for Dock permit. Survey plat, profile sheet, location maps, newspaper ads for permitting, etc. Construction Layout: Piling layout, sanitary sewer, water, curb and gutter, roads, ARB review stakeout, foundation, etc.
