On 6/11/13 I placed a carry out order for the Double BLT. Upon paying for the order I recieved the item minus the advertised side (I chose soup). After telling the cashier that I was missing the soup she proceeded to explain to me that the order ticket order only said BLT. She then yelled at a co-worker to get "Jason" to tell him there was a problem. Jason then resolved the issue and apologized that my soup was not in the bag with the Double BLT. I was satisfied with Jason's customer service and had no qualms with him. However, the cashier should be re-instructed on how to work with customers and to perhaps learn the menu. She argued with me that if I ordered the BLT and soup that I should have only had half a BLT and not the whole sandwich. I had to inform her of what she should have already known. After all this employee has been working there since the restaurant opened. It was not as if she was new.

At your ihop the morring of 4/16/12 sat for over 5 min while two waitress stood and talked girl at front washed windows two people never enen got coffee had to get up and leave to get noticed!!!!!!
