In 1987, Larry Stewart established Larry Stewart Realty in Charles City. The firm grew from a one-person office with no support staff to a state-of-the-art full-service firm with six full-time agents and two support staff. In 2008, it became the first second-generation agency in Charles City, Iowa, when Larry's son, Dean, purchased the firm and formed Stewart Realty Company.
