Steve & the staff at Quality Auto were very accurate with their diagnosis. My car was repaired very fast and at a rate that seemed very fair. I later checked with my brother, who has an auto shop in another town, he said their prices were well below what he charges at his shop! Anyone who is in need of repairs on their car should go to Quality Auto in Charles City. I will go out of my way to go there if I have car problems anywhere close to Charles City.
