I am Jerry Adcock, Broker, Adcock Real Estate. My wife, Ruth is an Associate Broker in our office and we also work with other agents out of this office. Our Goal is to find the perfect home or business here in Chariton, Iowa or the surrounding area for you. Chariton is a wonderful, friendly community with many things to do. We are located only 30 miles from Rathbun Lake, one of the largest lakes in Iowa. We have many public hunting and fishing areas.
