I had saved my money for several months so I could get new glasses, and when I had enough I went to Wal-mart for service. After the exam and the confirmation I needed glasses, I went to pay for just the exam. I had no more money left to get glasses. It was one year later that I finally was able to pay for glasses. I would never recommend Wal-mart vision center, because of the high prices and limited low-cost frame selections. There are several other places with more reasonable priced plans that include the exam and glasses for less than $80.00. At Wal-mart the exam alone was over $100.00. The only good thing I can say is that once I bent my frames, and one of the associates in the vision center in Wal-mart tried to straighten them for free.
