We had significant problems with our trip to Iceland. We were told that we had to have all 3 trips in 3 days as they only ran some days of the week. I was skeptical and discovered when we got to Iceland that the trips ran every day! Additionally, one of our trips was cancelled, and we were not informed. In fact this trip was on the final itinerary we received from Viking Travel. They did find us a great hotel in Iceland, but did not check pick up hotel listed on the vouchers for our trips so that we had to call to clarify or would have missed these trips too. They are very nice people but our trip was negatively impacted by the problems listed above.
