General Info: I became a physical therapist to assist an orthopedic/sports medicine population return from injury and prevent further injury while obtaining optimal levels of performance. I enjoy working with patients to improve their motor control from the core/abdominal level and allowing this to translate into improved overall movement patterns. The focus of my treatment is to address underlying issues at hand, while educating the patient to understand and maintain proper body mechanics with all levels of movement, with an overall goal of creating a sense of independence with home exercise.
