Do not go to this Jiffy Lube. I went there for an oil change - it was expensive, they got grease in the inside of my car and did not check my fluids like they said they did. In addition, they broke something in the inside of my car. The manager on duty took the blame for it and said to get an estimate and that I would reimbursed for the repair amount within 2-3 days. I did that and four weeks later, still had not heard from them. I called the local franchise customer service and found out that the store never faxed in the incident report. When customer service looked into what happened, the store manager lied to them. Now, customer service is telling me that they will not reimburse me for what happened. I am appalled at the lack of good customer service and reponsibility to what happened while I was at the store. I will never visit this jiffy lube location or another store ever again.
