I did not see Dr Anderson, But I was along time client of her colleague, Dr Alan Bocko, with whom she shares a front desk staff. The staff took about 6 months to resolve an issue with my insurance carrier, and whoever handles their insurance claims treated me like I was some dead beat in collections or something. Eventually, I had to track down the error of my insurance carrier, making several calls over several weeks, but not before being blown off by the doctors. When I left a message saying that I was not pleased with the performance nor professionalism of the staff and wanted to talk to the doctor. I got a return message the next day saying that the doctor said "you'll have to make an appointment"....seriously?? Needless to say, I have moved on to a more professional and patient-centered practice. Beware.
