Great service! I choose this company because it's local to the Triangle area, the service was mobile, so would come to me, and because their website was clear, informative, and straight-forward. It was really nice to have someone come to me, as opposed to driving to a repair shop. They were prompt, both with returning calls and with setting up a time for repair (I called in the afternoon and they came out the next morning). And, everyone I spoke with was really polite and friendly. Lawrence came out to do the repair, and worked with me to fit my schedule. It turned out, the chip/tiny cracks in my windshield had already been repaired (which made me feel bad since Lawrence drove all the way to Raleigh from Chapel Hill), but Lawrence was very friendly about it and wouldn't accept any compensation since no work had been done. He willingly explained how he knew the crack was previously repaired. Great company!

They were so great! I had an old chip and had just gotten a second. They came out and fixed it the next morning, charging me for only one chip! Their prices are reasonable in the first place, but they are so great! They care a lot about their customers, and fully guarantee their work. They do it with a smile are are truly pleasant people! I highly recommend them and will use them again if anything happens again!
