Dr, Hwang is awesome, I have been seeing him since 2003. Sometimes I go in with what I think is a weird pain and he knows exactly what is wrong and knows how to fix it. On items that need a specialist he knows what kind of specialist. I have been very happy with the professionalism of the nurses and Dr Hwang.

Worst serve ever, and that includes the doctor that I saw. They are sending me a bill 5 years after the fact and the collection agency is upset with them because they lied about the charge amount. Avoid at all cost.

The doctors are fine, but the admin and office staff makes this place not worth going to.



1 - I have updated my address and phone number and told them about this numerous times (4 times now), yet they still contact my old house, leaving messages about test results and payments information, which should only be shared with me. Privacy, no?

2 - I was told before my last appointment that my insurance covered everything, that I would only be responsible for my co-pay. Needless to say it wasn't fully covered and I received a surprise bill a few weeks later.

3 - The bill I received showed that the payment was overdue, yet this was the first letter I received - no letter, no phone call etc... And why, because they were contacting my old address. I find this ridiculous, to send an overdue bill because they can't get their files/mailing list in order. I am the kind of person who has NEVER missed a payment.



It's unfortunate because I really like the doctors I have seen here, but it's too much a hassle to deal with the incompetent office staff that can't figure out how to update something as simple as new contact information.



I won't be going here again.
