Merrifield Vending, Inc opened for business in 1963 under the name of Hatchik Vending, in the small town of McLean, VA. It was and is still owned and operated by Richard S. Hatchik. Due to success and expansion, the company moved in 1969 to expanded facilities in Merrifield, VA. In 1970 the company incorporated and took the name Merrifield Vending, Inc The company expanded and relocated again in Merrifield and in 1985 moved to our current facility in Chantilly, VA. Our philosophy of slow, controlled, positive growth has yielded a multi-million dollar business from a one-man operation. More importantly, it has allowed us to stay true to our hallmark commitment of service to our customers.
