We had an "issue" with the unlicensed "locsksmith" we found online. It seems he kept a key to our office ! We got a hold of Mark from Defender who came out and gave us some restricted key options and showed us why we need to only deal with licensed reputable local companies. We ultimately went with mul-t-lock integrator for key control. He did a great job and belayed our fears by getting us a factory key controlled system so that we would know that not even he could keep a key. I recommend Mark at defender safe and lock.

We called defender safe and lock because it was listed as a local Chantilly Virginia locksmith company. Mark was the guy I dealt with. He installed an electronic lock on our safe for us. While he was there I asked him if he could look at one of our other issues we were having with a desk lock. I have to tell you , we have been having trouble with that thing forever. Mark fixed it in literally a minute ! He is awesome ! I would recommend him to anyone who wanted a great locksmith.

Defender installed the locks at my office, and did a fantastic job. Because the employees in my office are mostly female, they also installed a security system that can be activated from anywhere in the office - not just at the keypad. The peace of mind that offers is invaluable, and showed that Defender took the time to understand our needs. That dedication to customer service is rare, but Defender has it. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were the only company that had the new mt5 high security lock we were looking for. They had marked service vehicles, uniforms and were clean. Mark was the person we delt with. Very good , we recommend
