I called many places Tuesday May 17 when I was looking for a shop to repair my husbands Dodge Ram 1500 back windshield. I found Auto Glass Express and because it was the weekend I was worried they wouldn't be able to take us, but thankfully they had an appointment for Saturday and we took it.
We got there a little early and they already knew who we were, they asked us if we needed anything else and confirmed what we were there for; the front already had everything set up and took us right away. They were very time efficient and caring and before we left they made sure we understood all the precautions about getting a window replaced.
Since there was nobody else there, they gave us the remote for the TV and let us watch anything on Netflix and we used the WiFi. . Chico, the "employee of the month" was very happy, calm and loved being pet (he's a dog).
I would DEFINETLY recommend anyone needing service to a car here! Hands down one of the easiest and best places to do business with!!
Auto glass express did my door glass replacement last week. It was awesome the way they did prompt service, for my car. It was a old car. I never thought someone will make my car so special. They are phenomenal. I highly recommend them to anyone who has to have their windshield replaced. They were able to replace my windshield immediately and at my house. The job took less than 30 mins. Juan and Jhony were my technicians. Both of them were personable, fast, efficient, neat and clean. When they were finished, I called my insurance agent, who took their name down, as he was amazed by the price that I was given.
