For the past 9 months (since I started service with them), I have never gotten a call through the first try and they never return calls. It has always taken a week or two to get in touch with somebody. They missed my pickup last week and now their voice mail is full. I think they must have gone out of business.

Not only can they not answer there phone but they can't pick up our trash. We have had their service for the past 4 years and this past year the service hasn't been up to par.
