Wretched customer service from salespeople straight up to manager. I am trying to think of an adjective to describe them but can't narrow down to just one so I will do a stream of consciousness exercise here.... corporate robot, dismissive, uncaring, uneducated, unapologetic, and unreasonable.

I have been a loyal verizon customer since the Air touch days and I will NEVER do business at the verizon store located at 3401 W Frye Rd, Ste 5, Chandler, AZ. It took 15 min before someone asked us if we "checked in"not even a hello or welcome. I was told by an associate that they just received a shipment of iPhone 4's but low and behold when I asked about the free upgrade(actually $30 for activation) the stock was suddenly depleted and they had none- was also told they would not honor a deal made on the phone with corporate verizon "that the regional managers don't like to that" Horrible service I would not recommend to an enemy.
