      Great First Experience

      My experience with Dr. Niemann was very pleasant! he was very thorough in explaining what was was wrong and what needed to be done. He took the less invasive approach to fixing my Achilles pain and it worked! I would recommend him and his office. Office staff was very friendly also! Thank you for helping me with my pain!

      Dr. Niemann was clear on the issue with my foot and provided me excellent stretching techniques me to follow which has helped me a great deal

      Awesome Caring Provider with Real Results

      I went to Dr. Niemann with foot trauma. After being seen in Urgent Care and my PCP I was still unclear about what was really going on. Dr. Niemann took his own x-rays and then took the time to explain just what was wrong. I had a broken toe. He gave me reassurance that I was not crazy but truly injured and needed healing. He was very patient and good natured as was all of his staff. They were literally my lifesavers at that moment! I highly recommend Dr. Niemann and staff for all your footcare

      Left & Right Foot Surgeries

      Dr. Niemann has done surgery on both feet. I had a bone spur, neuroma & needed my big toe joint replaced on the left foot. The right foot had a joint replacement & arthritis cleaned out.
      I have complete trust in Dr. Niemann and feel he did an awesome job with both surgeries. The staff is very helpful as well. The office is extremely comfortable & spotless!

      I highly recommend Dr. Niemann :-)

      Dr. Spencer Niemann began his career in Podiatric Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona in 2008. Dr. Niemann completed a three year medical and surgical residency training program at the Southern Arizona Veterans Health Care System in Tucson, Arizona. His residency included surgical training under the direction of many of Arizonas leading Podiatrists, and Foot and Ankle Orthopedists. He attended the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois where he was conferred the degree Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM). He received a Bachelors of Science in Zoology from the University of Oklahoma.Dr. Niemann is currently Board Certified in both Foot Surgery, and Rearfoot and Reconstructive Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Presently, he is serving as an Adjunct Attending, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, training Podiatry Residents. Doctor Niemann lectures to other Medical Professionals at St. Josephs Medical Center and Phoenix Childrens Hospital. Two years into practice, Dr. Niemann was named TOP Doctor 2010, by Phoenix Magazine, voted on by fellow physicians.Dr. Niemann treats some of the most challenging cases a Podiatrist can treat. He thrives on offering his patients the best conservative/ non-surgical options and or the surgical options needed to correct all foot deformities. His passion is focused on the surgical treatment of bunions, pediatric and adult flatfoot, chronic arthritic conditions, and chronic ankle pain, including sports-related injuries and trauma.Dr. Niemann is one of the few Podiatrists trained to perform Ankle Replacements for end-stage ankle arthritis.
