I was so pleased with the service and professionalism that Servpro of NW Chandler brought to my home. We unfortunately experienced a broken toilet supply line upstairs that caused water to flood both levels of our home. A neighbor recommended calling as they helped them through a flood of their own. When I called, I explained what happened and they immediately sent a crew over to start vacuuming up the water with their heavy duty work truck. They guys that came over were so nice and helpful. They even made me laugh in the midst of panic. Once the standing water was removed, the guys set up a bunch of machines to pull any remaining water from the air, my carpet and my belongings. The machines were loud but they are a lifesaver. They were able to absorb everything and leave my home free of mold (Thank goodness - this was my fear!)I am grateful that I was referred to such a wonderful company that truly took the time to assess my damage and create a plan to remove all the wet material!

My insurance company recommended to call Servpro for emergency help when I arrived home to find my upstairs bathroom was flooding and leaking down into my living room and kitchen and my ceiling was drooping and falling. I called the office late in the afternoon on a Friday and was worried I would not get any help right away. The office had two professionals at my home within an hour, they stayed and saved me from a terrible disaster. They even came back each day on the weekend to check on the drying fans and making sure everything was drying properly. A few days later my house was dry and they did a great job of cleaning the mess and making it look livable again. Thank you Servpro!!
