This company will steal you blind

I've dealt with this company for several years and as a management company they are way above average! They do respond to the requests they can in a timely manner.I have experienced this 1st hand on more than 1 occaision over the years. If you want something put it in writing and they will handle it appropriately themselves or route it to your HOA for consideration/ approval.Most requests that go to them have to get approved by the HOA. So any time delay could be due to the HOA board members involved. They have to follow the current rules given to them by the board at the time.
