What is written from both parties from 2013 actually continues today with Marilyn. Her reporting of facts and "recommendation" (though not permitted by the bylaws of supervised visits supervisors) has cause irrevocable damage. It is a shame that the Courts do not take the time to educate themselves.

If you are a parent in need of a parenting time supervisor DO NOT EVER consider this organization! They DO NOT CARE about your Court Orders about parenting time, they demand you adhere to their unrealistic client expectations. They charge an unrealistic amount for intake. The parenting supervisors that work for this organization DO NOT return calls in a timely manner, they do not communicate reasonably (some never call you-THEY TEXT YOU! Ridiculous!). The supervisors seam to fear the owner, Marilyn, as they make no decisions without telling you "I need to talk to Marilyn first". They cancel your scheduled parenting time appointments ON A WHIM and do not discuss details of your visit location/time until hours before. If you voice ANY frustration or displeasure about their procedures you can forget having any quality time with your child; they will treat you like dirt. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION!! BEWARE!

Horrible. Lied about the visits. Thank God we had photos to refute the lies. Also refused to turn over the visitation notes, which proved the lies. Stay away from them. Marilyn refuses to follow her own rules and will definitely pick sides. She needs the money, so she sides with whoever pays her. The facility is dirty and never cleaned. Literally never. And kids play there! The carpet is never vacuumed, you can't go outside because it's gravel and cactus and the staff lives in fear of Marilyn. There are 20 other visitation supervisors in the area, and any one of them would be better than this one.
