They will promise you anything to get you to sign. They will not stand by anything they say.

I recently purchased my 3rd Chevy from this dealership. The internet sales dept. gave me a good deal on my 2015 Silverado Z71. I got a fair trade in on my 2010 Silverado. Finance got me an excellent interest rate. What keeps me coming back to Freeway is their Service Dept. Second to none in the valley and have always taken care of me and our vehicles. Excellent dealership!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. All I delt with were very friendly and went out of there way to make sure all my needs were met.

I have emailed them with the intention of getting a price for a vehicle. When we realized that they don't have the vehicle we want, I emailed these salespeople and told them thank you for their time and that I will be removing them from my list. I received two responses from one of them (David Horn). One to thank me (with lots of exclamation marks). And the other that he wanted to clarify that he was thanking me for removing him from my list and that he has a hard time removing "this junk" from his email and listing it as spam. I had a good intention of getting a good price to buy a vehicle. For him to refer to my email as junk or spam is totally unprofessional. He and the others are the reason why we never liked buying a new car and setting foot at a dealership.



Go somewhere else with your money, maybe they'll have more professional salespeople.
