Erica is less than forthright and needs a lesson in telling the truth and being upfront with the facts. They added 46 months to my contract when I dumped my land line and increased the price of my security by $20 a month. Had I known the facts I would have dumped Pacific Foresight WITH my land line. Erica and Pacific Foresight should be ashamed of themselves. Their business practices are the lowest of the low.

So I Decided to go with foresight security which was a huge mistake!! When it came to the end of my service I did everything that I was supposed to do which was write a letter of notice amonth prior to ending of my service, Then I called and also canceled my service with them which they said okay paid my last payment and that was it. A couple of months later they said that I had a remaining balance of $300 that I had to pay which was a lie because I had paid everything already. So I paid them, what do you know six months later they said that I never payed them, But this time I keep a copy of the check stub so I have proof that I paid them. They had ppl coming to my workplace saying I need to appear in court, I filed an appeal and won my case, every time I called their office and tried talking to them about it they either said they didn't have that information on hand or they would call me back which they never did! If you want to get shafted by a security company then this place is perfect! P.S. one star is one more than I wanted to give them!

I used this company for 10+ years, way over my contract time. When I moved my residence, they continued to bill me for services I did not receive. When I tried to call to straighten it out, the reps were rude and not at all helpful. They told me one thing, then did another. I now find myself in a court battle. I would never recomment this company to anyone. Who needs a company to protect you against theft when they are doing the theft.

I moved from California to Arizona about 4 years ago, I had heard from my neighbor about Foresight Security Systems, and called them for a quote. From the alarm consultant to the technician the customer service was great! They were able to come and active my alarm within a reasonable time, and the technician was able to answer all my questions. I did not feel like he was rushing to leave my home for his next appointment. Now four years later, I am still happy with all the service and care they have given me. I truely feel like I am their only customer! Great to know there is still a company out there who puts their customers first! Great Job!!

I have worked with Foresight over the past 4 years on various home automation projects. I met them through a design center appointment at my builder. I added all the pre-wiring and options at the design center and then continued to work with them once I moved in. I recently bought a Control 4 system from them. Control 4 is absolutely awesome and integrated with my Ipad and Iphone to control my lighting, theatre, music and cameras. They also provide my alarm monitoring for the past 4 years and have always been great with service and keeping my home safe. With the extensive builder program they made it easy for me to add the great options before the house was built and the design rep helped me after I closed to make my home one that I am proud to show off! 5 star all the way!!
