I bought a brand new SAAB from Kachina. My salesman was fantastic and worked with me to get me the best pricing on everything I wanted. I felt as though the sales men do a great job of follow up and helping you out if anything goes wrong. The SAAB Service Manager (Mr. Hicks) is absolutely horrible. He will talk down to you as though you are a child. I believe he has actually been fired since I first purchased my car, but I would wait until the next oil change if anything ever happened because I was tired of being berated. For the first 3 years/36,000 miles, Saab would give you free maintenance and oil changes. Mr. Hicks would not allow me to bring my SAAB in for an oil change unless I was at the 10,000-15,000 mark. The Maunal suggests every 5,000 miles. I'm glad he's gone!
