I called Built By Grace in December of 2014 to replace my cabinets in my kitchen. They made a commitment as to when they'd be there, and what they would do while they were here. They kept their commitment and the employees and subcontractors of Built By Grace are professional and courteous. I am likely to recommend Built By Grace to my friends.
My home has always been a fixer-upper. I got it fairly cheap, but I always knew I'd have to put a lot of effort, time, and money making it mine. The only problem is I don't have that much knowledge of how to do even simple remodeling. That's where Built By Grace came in. They remodeled my bathroom, and now it's really nice. I've got glass tiles to accent some areas, better fixtures and a new bathtub. I'd highly recommend them to anyone interested in remodeling their bathroom.

I found Built by Grace by accident a while back. I am not a carpenter, but I wanted to put a new door on my home as the old one was kind of shabby. I started to work on the door, and then I realized it was too big. I had no planing tools or anything like that and I lost the receipt. I thought I was stuck with the old door for a while, but then I decided to call Built By Grace. They gave me an estimate, stuck to it like glue, and had my door installed with ten minutes. I was very impressed with what they did.
Trying to set up a consultation was enough of a hassle; I called in to set up an appointment, only to be sent to their website. Filled out the form, had an email back-and-forth with the receptionist, and finally got an appointment (by the way, if you're not available before 10am Mon-Fri, don't bother, they won't work with you.) The day of the appointment came, and no show. Called the office, found out they got the wrong address, and didn't bother calling me, they just left. That phone call ended with them refusing to work with me because I sounded frustrated on the phone.Save yourself the time, don't bother with these people.
We had Built Buy Grace install new granite counter tops in our kitchen and build a bar in our game room. Everything turned out perfect! We are very pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism and the great customer service we received - all at a great price. We would highly recommend them for any project you have.
I will and have recommended them to friends. From Lisa to Mason and Tyler, everyone was helpful, friendly and very nice. Quite refreshing when I hear others' horror stories of home repair and remodeling.
The respectfulness and obvious honorable nature of the Project Manager/Builder and Assistant. We were also kept informed at all times by the Project/On-Site Manager as need arose in the completing of the job

A very bad experience I encountered from your company. It was disheartening to think that a business could be so unprofessional just because of a disagreement due to the fact that I did not understand them. Shame on them.
I just got a kitchen update from Built by Grace a few days ago and I simply couldn't be happier. They completely refreshed my kitchen for me and it looks outstanding. Jason came by the house when it was convenient for me and assessed the layout. We told him we wanted to refresh the kitchen with some new cabinets and granite. He studied everything closely and said to us "You don't need new cabinets, these are still in great shape." Cabinets are expensive and that would've been easy money in his pocket. We restores our current cabinets and put in the new granite and it looks beautiful.Jason and his team are so detailed and it shows when you look at our kitchen. He was professional and communicative throughout the whole process and they were all respectful of our time. Price was right especially for the quality work. Would recommend to anyone!
Was searching for a reliable, honest, handyman service orgnanization who would not take advantage of hourly rate charges. Found a company that did exactly that. Quoted an 8-10 hour job and ended up taking 12 hours for what I considered relative minor work. Very slow and drawn out process. Would not recommend for handyman services.
We used BBG for their handyman services a few months ago, the technician was very knowledgable and did an excellent job, we found out while he was here that BBG also does remodleing. We had their team come back and remodel both our bathrooms, what a stunning transformation!! Jason is so easy to work with and has a great team of employees and sub contractors. We are planning on having them remodel our kitchen next year! Thanks Built by Grace!!
Over the past 35 years, Bill Bosco has helped me and my family with numerous building, remodeling, repair and maintenance projects. Bill is a consummate professional; knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, highly skilled, neat, and always goes the extra mile. I highly recommend him and his work.
Bill Bosco put a security door and widened the doorways making accessible the master bedroom to our daughter who was coming home from the hospital and would be in a wheelchair. Bill accomodated us even though he had a busy schedule and we had a very tight deadline before our daughter came home. Bill made suggestions that kept the cost down and got the work done on time. Bill Bosco has done a number of home repairs for me. He is proficient at what he does, efficient with his time, gets the job fixed the first time, knows the difference between a quick fix and an long-term solution, he protects existing flooring or cabinets, and he always cleans up any mess he makes. He is the only handyman I trust.
Bill put in a new door and painted 2 walls for us that turned out fabulous - it was exactly what we were looking for and everyone compliments on it when they come to our home. Bill has also done other types of work for us and everytime the work is done to perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill for any type of home project/job that needs to be done.
