I had called to set up an appointment. I had two houses that needed cleaning. I had talked to the wife of this family owned business and she stated John would call back. After waiting two hours no one called. I called back a second time to see if they perhaps misplaced my number and she stated again John would call back. I never to this day received a call back. Poor business practices, I'm glad I didn't use them just based off of this.
