      Recognized Specialist Since 2000.Dr. Lazarski has practiced endodontics in Arizona since 2000, where he has consistently been named both a Top Dentist by Phoenix Magazine and one of Americas Top Dentists by his peers. Dr. Lazarski is originally from Chicago, IL, and attended college at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He received his D.M.D. and Master of Public Health degrees from Harvard University in Boston, MA, graduating summa cum laude with class awards in endodontics, oral surgery and radiology.
