At L&K Construction, we will work closely with you through the entire construction process. Either working with your existing plan, or helping you come up with a blueprint of your own. At L&K Construction, we have eliminated the middle man. You, as the customer will be dealing exclusively with the person in the field. Because of this, your project can be completed more efficiently, for less, and with a minimum of surprises. We design and build additions, porches, decks, and garages. We also put in windows and siding, perform renovations and finishing work, do roof work and shingles and much more. We are based out of the Twin Cities, Minnesota area. The founders of L&K construction recognize this and have created clear communication to bridge any gaps between the homeowner and the contractor during the construction process. L&K Construction was founded by two carpenters, Pip Longley and Henry Korman. We have worked alongside each other since 1987, directly in the field. Through the years, we have built a working relationship with various sub contractors and suppliers. You, as the customer, will have access to these experts in every field. At L&K, our experience is passed on to the customer. We welcome and encourage your questions. Homeowners can also speak directly with the subcontractors during the construction process to ensure the process is accurate and proceeds efficiently.
