Troy Lanz founded Lanz Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. in 2002 after 16 years of experience working in the HVAC industry. In those first few years, we provided Champaign-Urbana and the surrounding areas with residential heating and cooling systems. We added our service department in 2005, soon followed by our plumbing division, commercial HVAC services, refrigeration, and most recently, underground solutions. Today, Lanz Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a leading plumbing, heating and AC contractor, employing over 115 people with a fleet of 90 trucks, with continuing growth every year. While we have grown quickly, we take great pride in maintaining our mission statement. Our core values are honesty, integrity, innovation, teamwork, excellence, and development. We strive for efficiency, comfort, and peace of mind for our customers, which is why we design it right, install it right, and maintain it right. We put in the effort to take care of each job correctly the first time because that’s how we ensure our customers’ needs are met.
