My wife and I have been clients for many years are are satisfied with overall service.....just hate to come in and wait for more than an hour past our appt time the last couple times we have gone in.

From the very start, my initial appointment was upsetting. They had scheduled me in Danville (45 minutes away) and neglected to tell me. I showed up at the Champaign office and they redirected me to drive there and reschedule... in a snow storm. After apologizing, I had my appointment where they charged me $40 which is above my copay, saying "that's what it costs." After making another appointment 2 weeks later, they neglected to tell me to wear and bring in my contacts forcing me to reschedule FOR A MONTH LATER. When I came back in, they didn't know how to bill me or my insurance and after 3 different people calling and telling me I owed anywhere betwee $6.40 and $120, I told them I would pay them no more. They tried to charge me for the contacts they over ordered due to their miscommunication by bullying me. Nearly four months later they have sent me a bill for $20 for another mysterious copay.I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE.
