Keystone HIV Program provides FREE CONFIDENTIAL HIV TESTING to the public. Testing services are provided at The Cochran Professional Center located at 830 5th Ave Suite 201 Chambersburg, PA. Walk-in testing is available Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and at other times by appointment. Testing is done by oral swab and requires no blood draw.
