Some people there are quite helpful while others are rude and have absolutely no people skills. Was over charged twice and took forever to get refund/credit no one seemed to care. They never called me back I had to keep calling to get them to Fix their mistake. Considering the fact that I've spent close to $2,000.00 there over the past year....I Chose Not to go back. Too many other places to buy from to consider them worth returning. ~~~never knowing if they will be Rude or if they will be nice. And the refund thing they should have been calling me to correct it.
