Let me start by saying I have never written a review online for anything. I have had poor service and buy many items online. However, I think I should warn people about my expierence. They called my health insurance company and proceeded to tell me that I owed no money for visits. Then proceeded to bill me a significant amount of money about a month later. I called the lady and she told me that health insurance can be difficult to understand. I told her that if she didn't or they don't understand then they should not call on the behalf of the customer. However, I'm stuck witht he bill. Not to mention propr to receiving this bill I had already decided not to return because my psycologist was not good at communicating and often ended sessions short. I spent time trying to have an open two sided conversation but she often just sat there with nothing to say. I would not return or recommend this place to anyone.
