Please for the health of your dog don't take him/her here. I went in to meet with the groomer before scheduling an apt and she assured me that she would only use scissors on my shih-tzu. When I picked my puppy up after grooming she clearly used shearers. She shaved above his nose (hair that was as long as the rest of the hair on his face, which is how a shih-tzu is supposed to be), and knicked his skin right under his right eye with the blade. His skin was raw and scabbed a few days later. She also used a razor on the inside of his legs and caused rashes and red splotches to form. My poor puppy had been itching like crazy since I bright him home (over a week ago), and as I was brushing him today found more red splotches on the skin on his back. Whatever products she used messed his skin up. Needless to say, I received a refund for the $55 they charged me for not even performing a close-to quality "groom" on my shih-tzu. If you're looking for professional don't go here. Try Marj at TLC Pet Lodge in Mentor. I was so disappointed and upset at this experience.
Caring staff made my high maintenance little girl feel very comfortable. She received a lot of special attention.
First and last impression of her stay was excellent. I felt comfortable and so did she. I would recommend to anyone.
