      do not buy a home in cold weather. You need to check under trailer for hanging electrical wires, hanging insulation. check for water marks on ceiling bad furnaces. Window and doors are prime areas for rotted floors. Broken ceiling jocose. all things I have listed I have gone throw. Its a buyer be ware after you sign the paper work its yours. BE CAREFUL.
