The food was excellent - not only delicious, but attractively displayed on the buffet. The hot items were kept hot. A dish was refreshed before the item was completely gone. There was a great variety of hot and cold items. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our party used the entire facility, but I am sure smaller parties could be accomodated. This was an excellent place to reserve for any family or business celebration.

Ted Pace has done it again, wonderful food where ever he is the chef. I attended an event at Brandywine Catering a few weeks ago and discovered Ted Pace was the chef. I know Ted Pace's name and reputation from Pace One Restaurant. So sad when it closed. The food, presentation and atmosphere was outstanding. Ted came out and I was able to meet him, great guy. I have worked in food service which includes restaurants, hotels, and off site catering for 30 years and would recommend Brandywine Catering for any event. And to my understanding reasonable in cost. During a time of economic uncertainty, I wasn't sure if I should spare the expense but after tasting your food and seeing your facility I knew what I had to do. It had to be you and your staff or nothing at all. It was well worth it and much more. Forever, I will be Thankful for your sacrifice in making this party affordable.
