Blaker-Kinser Junior High School is a part of the Ceres Unified School District. The school offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades six through eight. The school provides academic instruction in language arts, math, science, social studies, art, music, reading and computer technology. In addition, Blaker-Kinser Junior High School has an English as a Second Language department, which provides classes to non-English speaking students. The school has a team of guidance counselors who address the academic, personal, social and career development needs of students. Blaker-Kinser Junior High School also operates a parent-teacher organization that organizes various fundraising events and school-related programs. The school is located in Ceres, Calif.
