A and A Tax Service opened in 1978 in Modesto and moved to Ceres in 1982. Rick and Kathleen are available year round to help taxpayers. We encourage people to call us with their questions and we do not charge fees to answer general questions. HOURS: Mon - Thur 10am-6pm Fri 10am-5pm (Closed for Lunch from 12:30pm-2pm) Sat 9am-1pm
