      We have a traditional Family Practice Clinic. We support the Medical Home concept, where we partner with you to care for your medical needs over the course of your lifetime. To support these needs we provide the services listed below: Three Board Certified Family Practice Physicians Family Practice Physician Assistant, Certified Electronic Medical Records Electronic Prescriptions Secure Patient Web Portal Digital X-Ray On-Site Lab (PacLab Drawstation) Routine Physical Exams Well Child Exams CDL Physicals Office Procedures Cryotherapy Laceration Repair Skin Biopsies Vasectomy Circumcision We provide both same day and scheduled appointments for our patients.
