I was just thinking the opposite. The managers are NEVER in the office, they NEVER answer the phone and I've had maintenance issues that are over a year old. The old managers were on top of everything. The sense of community seems to be the group of people that don't work and just sit around and smoke all day while their kids scream at the top of their lungs.

These apartments have changed alot!! For the better. Lots of remodeling and nice landscape. My neighbors have become my friends and theres a real sense of community. Landlords answer my questions and try to handle issues quickly and nicely.
