I have been very pleased with Dr. Falter and his staff. I am a basket case when going to the dentist and they made me feel less apprehensive and nervous. They made sure, through all aspects of my treatment, that I was feeling OK, that if anything hurt or was too much for me I was to let them know immediately. At one point, I just moved my hand and they stopped what they were doing to check and see if I was ok. The staff is great, very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Falter's office to anyone.

For people who are terrified of the dentist or associate the visit with pain, fear no more. Who goes to the dentist to have a good time? I do now.I have always dreaded going to the dentist for my semi annual cleaning. Not anymore, thanks to an advertisement I spotted in The Chronicle for a new dentist in town that was offering a free whitening treatment as long as you had xrays and cleaning performed. Of course the free whitening is what caught my eye. I made the appointment and was seen within a few days. When I walked in the first thing a person would notice is the roaring fire with high back chairs facing it in a tasteful, comfortable lobby. The receptionist was the friendliest I have ever encountered. I instantly felt like I was sitting at home with friends. I was called back to the room and was questioned by the friendly dental assistant what was important to me as a patient. She then asked if I would like the massage turned on in the dental chair, which I quickly agree
