      Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center provides an array of long-term care, skilled nursing and outpatient rehabilitation services. It also offers specialized services for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related disorders. Located in Centralia, Wash., the center offers long-term care for people who cannot be cured at homes and assisted living facilities due to injuries, frailties or other limitations. Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center s respiratory, physical, occupational and speech therapies assist patients with physical, cognitive and psychosocial impairments. The center is a part of Extendicare, which operates more than 270 medical facilities in the United States and Canada and has over 38,000 employees.
